Debra Tagg

Debra is passionate about understanding how and why we do what we do and considers herself a Behavioural Strategist. For 20+ years she has studied applied neuroscience, positive psychology and behavioural frameworks to coach and develop others, drive award-winning customer and employee centric cultures, and lead transformational change. Debra is one of those rare executives who has been highly successful across multiple disciplines and industries. Her work has taken her across four continents; she’s worked with tech start-ups in Silicon Valley; and held executive roles at such flagship corporates as BF Goodrich, Westpac, Suncorp Group and General Electric, where she facilitated at the world-famous GE Crotonville leadership institute. Today, Debra combines her experience and passion to help guide leaders to unleash their potential.
