Lisa is a Culture Architect and Leadership Partner with more than 25 years’ experience working for and with companies in the design, construction, retail, and retail properties industries, including Westfield/Scentre Group. Lisa has worked at various levels of the business - from technical expertise and project management to leading cross-functional programs and serving on the senior leadership team. She has experience leading large teams across regions to deliver complex projects that exceed customer expectations, including developing and piloting a team culture change that supported the turnaround of an $80M project.
Lisa is a passionate change agent with firsthand experience influencing employee behaviour and shaping culture at the team level, organisation level, and with business partners. She is also a skilled facilitator who helps teams have productive dialogue. She asks powerful questions to uncover what’s preventing employees from performing their best. Then she helps employees imagine ways of doing things better and empowers them to take action.
Lisa cares deeply about creating psychologically safe environments that help employees bring their whole selves to work. She has been an active member of Diversity and Inclusion programs dedicated to Gender Equity, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Domestic and Family Violence Awareness. She participated in company-wide working groups, shaped the planning, and led program roll-outs. Lisa is proud to serve as an LGBTQ+ Ally.
Lisa’s approach is grounded in the principles of human-centred design. She studied design at Queensland University of Technology, is a certified Change Management Practitioner, and is pursuing a Masters of Leadership in Service Innovation. Lisa believes it’s possible to create environments where everyone enjoys coming to work. She loves helping people question the way things are. She believes earnestly in hearing from voices at all levels. And she encourages everyone around her to think differently and envision what’s possible.
