Natasha has worked over 20 years in the finance and insurance industry working operationally and strategically to build and maximise the value of businesses. Natasha has led a diverse range of operations in Banking and Insurance and most recently led a team to integrate systems, processes and cultural alignment between an acquiring business and a local iconic brand.
Having working with Senior Management Teams and Executives, Natasha is experienced at planning large projects and change programs and able to facilitate total transformation programs including the development of Target Operating Models to support long term sustainable business models.
Natasha is an accomplished customer engagement manager using customer journey mapping to identify pain points and recommend opportunities to increase customer engagement, sales and retention.
Natasha is also an experienced Change Manager and passionate about leading people through leadership, operational and change initiatives to build the achievement of business and strategic outcomes.
Natasha uses her experience to engage and facilitate leadership training, development and coaching at all levels.
Natasha has lived and worked in the Northern Territory for over 15 years and is passionate about helping Territorians reach their full potential with best practice Leadership development. She supports this passion with her current studies of Psychology locally at Charles Darwin University.
