Paul is a Culture & Leadership Partner at Corporate Edge based in Queensland. He has provided on-site coaching, development and consulting to managers and teams for over 20 years in a number of major change projects, as well as having previously had a long career in mining, energy, oil and gas in Queensland in companies.
In the first half of his career, he held Leadership positions in a HR capacity in organisations including BHP Coal, Mount Isa Mines, QMAG, Stanwell and Gladstone power stations and Queensland Electricity board.
Paul has extensive experience in designing and delivering change programs to improve individual and business performance. Since 1999, he has provided expertise in consulting capacity in varied industries including energy, mining, manufacturing, construction, and services within organisations like Rio Tinto, BHP Iron Ore, Stanwell Corporation, Coffs Harbour Alliance, BWEA and Welcon Consulting Engineers. The expertise he provided ranged from Change Management to improve safety, operational and financial performance; Management activities in the areas of HR, IR, OD and community relations; Performance Coaching; workshops targeting leadership behaviours and performance; facilitation and development of business plans; leadership coaching to support leaders to delivery on the business strategy and achievement of the organisational vision.
He is the author of the Peak Performance model and works hard to be an advocate of the Peak Performance model through living a balanced lifestyle. Paul is particularly interested in practical solutions and working with organisations to achieve measurable outcomes which are in line with business targets.
