Peter is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Consultant with significant experience, working at and with different levels of leadership in Australasia, Africa and Europe. Having worked as CEO and as a Commercial Human Resources Director, in global and national organisations, in diverse industry sectors, Peter firmly believes that leadership drives culture and culture drives performance.
From start-ups to NFP’s to complex global entities, Peter has led and worked as an integral member of leadership teams, developing strategy, driving growth and sustainable performance. Peter passionately believes in the power of coaching to optimise and positively impact leaders such that their organisation will see a return on their investment and its culture will be enhanced. Working with organisations, Peter has been involved in significant change management, outsourcing and M&A’s.
Peter's qualifications include a MSc, Coaching Psychology, Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, Sociology), Advanced Diploma HRM (Human Resource Management) and an Advanced Diploma OD (Organisation Development).
