How long does a Leadership Development Program run?
Every program is tailored, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer. Programs typically run anywhere from a few months to 12+ months depending on the scope, cohort size and outcomes you're working towards. We'll work with you to design something that fits your organisation and your timeline.
Yes. We design programs for all levels ranging from emerging leaders stepping into their first role, through to senior leaders and executive teams. Each program is built around the specific needs and capability gaps of the cohort.
We use a range of diagnostic tools including 360-degree feedback, Team Effectiveness Surveys, LSI and OCI assessments to establish a baseline and track progress throughout the program. These results inform consistent growth and improvement to the program.

Absolutely. We deliver programs face-to-face, virtually and in blended formats. Our virtual facilitation is designed to be just as engaging and impactful as in-person delivery.
That's completely normal and it's something we plan for. Our dedicated program team conducts regular check-ins and review sessions with key stakeholders throughout the journey, so we can adapt and evolve the program as your organisation does.
Workshops are typically delivered as full-day or half-day sessions, with masterclasses running between 1-2 hours and coaching sessions running for 1-1.5 hours. Pre- and post-work whilst tailored is kept light and purposeful to frame up and embed learnings using video and audio formats. As we co-design the program, we ensure upfront information about expected time commitments for an individual, leader and overall organisation point of view.
