In 1999, Phil Allison, founder & Managing Director, launched a behaviour change company based on his personal purpose: to facilitate the achievement of human potential. More than 25 years later? That purpose is embedded in our village and the clients we partner with. 

We want every organisation to experience what it’s like when culture works. When people are engaged, aligned and genuinely excited to show up. That goal is what started Corporate Edge, and it’s the driving force behind everything we do. 

We’ve grown into a strong, diverse team working alongside some of the biggest organisations in Australia and across the world. We’ve transformed leaders into inspirational role-models, turned individuals into high-performing teams, and been right there guiding our clients through the good times and the bad.

Working with Corporate Edge, specifically John, was a great experience for both myself and my team. John’s natural and genuine style allowed the team to feel comfortable in opening up to one another and ultimately forming a genuine village within the team. We leant into some of the barriers we had and learnt some great frameworks to help us embed change within the team.
