Phil is the Founder, Managing Director and most experienced person on our team. He has an amazing ability to simplify things quickly to create clarity and focus.

His style is all about establishing trust through his care, humility and positive energy, but then is able to really challenge people, confront the difficult issues and is tough when necessary to ensure there is commitment and personal accountability.

Phil is at absolute his best when in front of very senior executives, as teams or individuals, challenging them to truly change their behaviour in order to reach their potential and align the culture of their organisation.

John is a Partner and Director at Corporate Edge, joining the team in 2007.

He is highly energetic and dynamic with a unique ability to inspire people. His style is about building a connection with others through his humility, passion and empathy but then quickly breaking down the issues so that people see a clear and compelling vision of what needs to change, with simple and achievable steps to make it happen.

John is at his best when in front of senior executives or large groups who require a significant shift in their thinking, need to believe in new possibilities and have a real risk or opportunity that requires organisational culture alignment.

Louise is a Partner who joined the team in 2017.

Louise brings positive energy and a wealth of business experience to her practice. With a unique ability to quickly connect with people, she creates a safe place for teams to collaborate and explore new possibilities.

Comfortable working with leaders at all levels, Louise will challenge limiting beliefs and explore ways of thinking differently. She is committed to partnering with you to craft a culture that will create an environment for success that meets your immediate and long-term needs. Through this partnership, she will enable you to identify which levers to pull to sustainably shift your organisational culture.

Dan is a Partner at Corporate Edge and joined the team in 2016.

He is an exciting facilitator, who brings passion and energy into every interaction. Dan leads with empathy, whilst focusing on creating a high trust environment to encourage accountability. As a qualified Behavioural Scientist, Dan is committed to finding opportunities to drive mindfulness, resilience, and other initiatives to support mental health.

Dan is at his best when put in the position of helping individuals and teams see the potential they already have within themselves.

Eliza joined the team in 2013 and is a Culture Architect and General Manager.

Eliza’s strength is her turnaround time, planning and proactive care for the little things that really drive our clients’ success. She is outstanding at breaking down and defining all of the various components that need addressing during the process of change. Her approach is to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, and then create a roadmap that allows clients to clearly see how they will achieve their outcomes.

Julie is a Senior Associate and joined the team in 2008. 

She is a highly engaging facilitator and coach who brings passion, enthusiasm, and genuine care to everything she does. Her workshops are dynamic, and she has an amazing ability to quickly build psychological safety in a room and draw out the best in people through inspiration and challenging their thinking. Her coaching style builds on her psychotherapy background, coupled with NLP and her experience working across diverse cultures at different levels.

Julie is at her best when working with executives to help them grow as leaders and at a team level to build greater alignment and create high-performing teams.

Ted is a Culture & Leadership Partner. He joined the team in 2019, bringing with him 30 years of experience in retail sales and as a general manager, but mostly as a successful franchisee leading high-performance teams.

Ted brings an unbridled passion, an infectious enthusiasm, and an excitement to live his dream and give back to help others enjoy the leadership success that he has. He consistently delivers a thoroughly engaging and fun learning experience and is passionate about helping people discover the very best version of themselves.

Ted has served as an officer with the Royal Australian Navy and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wollongong.

Lisa is a Culture and Leadership Partner who joined Corporate Edge in 2021.

She is a passionate change agent who helps people imagine ways of doing things better and empowers them to take action. Her candid coaching style creates safe, trusting spaces where people share their vulnerabilities and take personal accountability for making lasting change.

Lisa is at her best when she’s telling stories about her own lessons learned while building corporate cultures and when she’s empowering clients to make courageous decisions and take bold actions. She opens people’s minds to help them value differences and explore new, cooperative ways of working.

Jono is a Culture & Leadership Partner at Corporate Edge, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience.

Jono has previously owned a restaurant chain, launched an international food franchise in Australia, helped to grow a short-term rental company to become the largest in Australia, and more recently, focused on management consultancy delivering multiple projects for developers. He is also a volunteer for a Domestic Violence charity.

In 2018, Jono obtained his MBA, specialising in Franchising, which as helped to complement his desire for growing and scaling businesses. Jono has a passion for people, leadership, and cultural change, particularly for developing teams and aligning culture based on mutual respect and empathy.

Sarah is a Culture and Leadership Partner based in Perth joining Corporate Edge in 2021.

With more than 25 years of experience in successful retail and hospitality environments, Sarah has worked across all levels of business, including membership on senior leadership teams. Sarah has held key roles in training and operations for national and global brands, including Officeworks and McDonald’s, and led diverse teams across multiple sites and regions.

Sarah is an enthusiastic, energetic, inquisitive, and inspirational facilitator focused on delivering learning outcomes. Sarah’s passion is giving support to leaders through creating positive workplace cultures that drive successful business outcomes through her down-to-earth coaching approach.

Sarah is a Culture and Leadership Partner at Corporate Edge based in Melbourne, joining the team in 2023.

Her strength is bringing insight, ideas and structure. She loves the moments when clients see things in new ways and open up more possibilities for themselves.

Sarah has held leadership roles in large corporates, such as GE, and also has a breadth of experience working as a leadership, culture and strategy consultant for both Accenture and BCG. She has worked across diverse markets including FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Government, Professional Services, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.

Sophie Fahey is a Culture and Leadership Partner, joining Corporate Edge in 2023. An experienced Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, Sophie uses her extensive knowledge to design innovative people and culture strategies. Sophie attributes meaning to three core beliefs: curious questioning, opportunities to find meaning over success and fostering inclusive spaces and cultures.

Effie is our Client Services Manager & Executive Assistant, having joined Corporate Edge in 2020.

She is an experienced, self-motivated, driven, and focused administrative professional, passionate about providing high-level executive support. Effie loves being the go-to person when something needs to be done and feels a great sense of achievement when deadlines have been met and projects have been accomplished. She enjoys being organised and loves planning, coordinating events and supporting our team of associates whilst working collaboratively with the support team.

Joanna is a Client Services Manager who joined the Corporate Edge team in 2023.

Joanna is passionate about delivering a streamlined experience for our clients. Naan is a joyous person. Most of the time you will catch her with a smile on her face! With an optimistic attitude she believes that even when things may not turn out how you had hoped there will always be something better ahead! Monique joined Corporate Edge in 2013 as our Operations Manager, and after the arrival of two beautiful girls and various roles during her tenure with us, she is now supporting us in the role of Head of Program Services.

Monique’s strengths are her professional and diligent approach to working with clients and her incredible commitment to ensuring their success.

Her approach is to quickly identify a problem or need and create a focused plan that she can execute to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Negin is our Program Manager, having joined Corporate Edge in 2022.

Lorena is one of our Graphic Designers, having joined Corporate Edge in 2021.

Cool, calm, and collected, Lorena is a quiet achiever with a big heart who loves to support the CE team. Passionate about learning, Lorena enjoys exploring new ways to communicate through design and developing skills to further grow personally and professionally. In 2023, Anastasia joined the team as a graphic designer.
