Sarah is one of our Culture & Leadership Partners, located in the beautiful Perth, WA.
Sarah has 25 years’ experience in successful retail and hospitality environments, where she has worked across all levels of business including membership on senior leadership teams. She’s also held key roles in training and operations for national and global brands (think Officeworks and McDonald’s!) and led diverse teams across multiple sites and regions.
Sarah is passionate about supporting leaders in creating positive workplace cultures that drive successful business outcomes.

When prepping for a workshop partnering with the client is essential for positive outcomes. Sarah ensures she understands the client’s needs and how she can support their teams in their development. She immerses herself in the content and context and is up bright and early with a coffee!
In her downtime, she spends weekends with family and friends, mostly running around with the kids to activities and sport. Her family is avid cricket supporters, where they tirelessly support their local club. Sundays are lazy days, where some sand between the toes or a brunch by ocean is always on the cards.
