We hope that you have enjoyed a safe, happy holiday break, joined in the festivities and spent lots of time with family and friends. As we prepare for the year ahead, we’re so excited to share a few things we’ll be working on, and what you can expect to see from us.
The new year always provides an opportunity to reflect on the year that was, understand what worked and what didn’t and implement new processes to streamline our work. While that’s exactly what we’ve done, we also want to be taking that resolve and using it throughout the next 12 months to keep us on track and consistently delivering a high standard of work while feeling energised and productive.
While we are starting the year fresh and with clear intentions, quarterly goals defined and a mission to provide even more value, we are also making the effort to start each day the same way. Understand your quarterly (or yearly) goals and consciously link back to them with each task, experience or situation. Don’t lose momentum as the year progresses.
First up, we’ve got some new team members joining the Corporate Edge village! Our Operations Team is growing, as well as our Associate Team and we’re excited to watch as we evolve as a business, once again. You’ll be seeing more and more of our associate team over on LinkedIn, as we serve and partner with different and new organisations.
Our newer associates are bright eyed and bushy tailed, ready to share new leadership tips, micro-behaviour change advice and work through current challenges and pain points our clients are currently experiencing. With a wealth of knowledge between them, you’re in good hands!
The new year also brings new opportunities and we’re looking at hosting free webinars and workshops to help fellow leaders be their very best. Maybe even a podcast… We also have new opportunities presenting themselves in the wellbeing space, so keep an eye out!
On top of all of that, we’ve been growing our diagnostics and reporting offerings for our clients, which will allow us to accurately report and measure all aspects of growth within the organisation.
These are truly exciting times for Corporate Edge and we can’t wait to share all of it along the way with you.
